AD65 partnered with BTCL to enhance its digital presence, overcoming challenges in content creation, Facebook verification, and quarry management. Our effort resulted an efficient and highly responsive BTCL social media platform.
Challenge
The primary challenge we faced while creating contents like static, motion and OVC that created a good hype to BTCL's customers. Verifying BTCL’s Facebook page was another challenge because of so many procedures from Govt. and BTCL end. Additionally, managing customer queries on digital platforms. Since BTCL operates on behalf of the government, addressing customer concerns requires careful handling to represent both BTCL and governmental interests appropriately.
Idea
Bangladesh Telecommunications Company Limited (BTCL) has entered into a retainer agreement with AD65 to enhance its digital presence. We promoted BTCL's services—including the 'ALAAP' app, GPON packages, and telephone services—across various digital channels.
Result
AD65 has enthusiastically collaborated with BTCL to create and manage its social media platforms efficiently. By providing prompt and appropriate responses to customer inquiries, AD65 has established a highly responsive social media presence for BTCL.
