When LIC Bangladesh decided to enhance its digital presence, they entrusted AD65 to create and manage their official Facebook page. The mission was clear: to promote the brand and its products while raising awareness about insurance policies in a way that resonates with their target audience.

Challenge
The journey was far from straightforward. LIC Bangladesh had faced repeated bans of their official Facebook page, leaving them struggling to maintain a stable digital presence. Our first task was to diagnose and resolve the compliance issues with Facebook, ensuring the new page remained secure and functional. Beyond technical hurdles, the real challenge was in translating the complexities of insurance policies into content that could educate, engage, and inspire trust among users. By analyzing past problems and implementing solutions aligned with Facebook’s policies, we relaunched a secure, stable page. To tackle content, we developed interactive and visually appealing materials that transformed intricate insurance jargon into relatable, easy-to-understand messages.
Result
Within months, the newly established Facebook page garnered over 23,000 followers, becoming a trusted source of information for the insurance sector. The increased engagement not only boosted LIC Bangladesh’s digital presence but also contributed to significant growth in sales and brand visibility.
