Overview:
LIC Bangladesh partnered with us to create and manage its official Facebook page, with a focus on promoting the brand and its products. The key goal was to raise awareness among the target audience about insurance policies and build familiarity with the LIC Bangladesh brand.
Challenge
LIC Bangladesh had faced multiple instances of their official Facebook page being banned. When we took over, our first challenge was to identify and address the underlying issues to ensure smooth operation without further claims from Facebook. The other difficulty was to craft simple yet engaging content for a complex topic like insurance policies—presenting the information in a way that resonated with the audience. We analyzed the previous problems, ensured compliance with Facebook’s policies, and successfully launched a secure and stable page for LIC Bangladesh. On the content side, we developed a range of appealing, interactive materials, both static and dynamic, that effectively simplified insurance concepts.
Result
Through these efforts, we not only established a trusted platform but also built strong engagement with the target audience. The page now boasts 23,000 followers and has become well-recognized in the insurance industry. This increased brand visibility also contributed to significant sales growth for LIC Bangladesh.
